4-Power really saved the day for me last week. My wife and I returned late Sunday evening after being gone for over a week. I was planning on leaving on Tuesday for another few days so, needless to say, had numberous things which needed to be done including mowing the grass. I have a lawn mower which is fairly new (in its second season) and had job nearly complete when the mower died like it had run out of gas. I didn't think it was out of gas but checked and found that there was still gas in the tank but wheeled it back to the driveway and filled it up anyway. It started right up, ran about ten seconds and died. After repeating this scene two more times I wondered if the air cleaner might be clogged so I took it off and got a lot of dirt out of it hoping that was the cause of the problem. After reinstalling the air cleaner I started it again, and it ran for about ten seconds and died. Twice more I started it. Both times it ran about ten seconds and died. By this time I was a little frustrated because messing with a lawn mower was something I just didn't have time for. At that point my options were to take considerable time and try to tear it down myself and clean the fuel system or to take it to a small engine repair shop. But then I remembered that I had one more option...I went over to the shelf in the garage, grabbed a pint of 4-Power and poured two capfuls in the tank. I started it up and it ran about ten seconds and ALMOST died then it ran about another ten seconds and sputtered slightly and that was it! It has run beautifully ever since! I really don't know what was wrong and really don't care...I just know that 4-Power saved me a bunch of time which I didn't have as well as a probable repair bill. Thank you 4-Power!!!

I have handed out over 100, "PRICES OF FUEL KEEP GOING UP" sheets of my own mini operation of 5100 gallons of fuel per year. One day when I showed this to a bus fleet manager of 52 buses he commented that if he could realize savings of that proportion, he could save over $4000.00 every 3 weeks. We pulled 6 Five gallon pails of Diesel plus out of my truck and got him started on the next days tanker load of 7200 gallons that was coming in.. Look at "PRICES OF FUEL KEEP GOING HIGHER' document and see the results. $4816 saved on this last fill up.
Guys, this thing is huge! Six of the buses oil changes got started with TKO added last week, and when all 52 are running on TKO, we are going to see this 16 day fuel tanker go to 17, 18, and in six months we will have some fantastic numbers documented with total miles driven in the 16 days too. Most people would have trouble getting documentation like we are getting here because lots of truckers, farmers and companies don't have a handle on it.
This reminds me a lot of Nate Shenks Lube demo with a person giving Nate $28.00 and Nate would hand him $329.00 back, and ask him how long he would stand there and do that? Point Proven!
If you have any questions about these sheets, get back to me quick before I print 1000 of them. I have been asked to go see two larger bus companies tomorrow whose diesel conditioner is not preventing gelling. They are just getting ready for me because our Diesel Plus will prevent gelling and give them four other benefits on top. I showed this to the township salt trucks operation manager and he said he will get Diesel Plus instead of ABC fuel conditioner for anti-gel, now that he sees the dollars he could save!
I would just like to tell any Sales Directors or a thousand IBO's at convention that are not using Conklin Vehicle products, Dahhh???! When we do use them we can all print our own results . In 2 short months I have 20 new customers and over $10,000.00 of Lubes have gone in and out the back of my pick up, car, motorcycle, and a few cases carried to church for people. I can see one day soon that $51 million in sales for the Conklin Company should just be lubes alone. I am sure glad Charles Herbster tells buyers almost weekly that none of our divisions are for sale and certainly not Vehicle Maintenance Products.
Pull up the 2 documents and print them for your immediate use. I will up date the 52 bus operation monthly for your viewing pleasure or huge sales that you can generate for yourself.

Suburban Repair 638,000 miles
I guess I can't say that the engine has never been worked on anymore. Somewhere around 400,000 miles I did not realize that the serpentine belt had come off and I ended up running it one July day 30 to 50 miles with an inoperable water pump and an outside air temperature of 106 degrees. When I looked at the gauges the temperature needle was buried in the red! It was HOT! After that it started to use a little antifreeze so I put in a pint of Dike and forgot about it for another 200,000 miles or so. A few months ago I saw a little antifreeze collecting around the thermostat area so I had Randy (Bloom) replace the upper radiator hose thinking the hose was finally going bad but that didn't stop the leakage. Since we drained the radiator when replacing the hose it begin leaking antifreeze once again (all the Dike drained out with the coolant) and then I remembered that I had been running it with Dike all that time. He told me at that time it probably needed an intake manifold gasket (they're only paper and he said that when the engine got so hot it probably just burned it.) So I decided that when I could spare it for a few hours I would have Randy do it right and replace the gasket.
Anyway, yesterday I had Randy replace the gasket and he was right...the gasket was the problem but he was blown away with the cleanliness of the engine. It was incredibly clean....even if it had only had 50,000 miles on it he would have considered it amazingly clean ....let alone 638,000!
Without the Conklin products I'm sure that I would have thrown the Suburban in the junk yard back at 400,000 miles. It is truly amazing what these products do and seeing what we saw yesterday really brings that home!

Battalion - Parasynthetic Hydraulic Transmission Fluid and Enduro, the companion product that conditions
the Battalion for extended drain intervals.
I could give you several testimonies on these products, however, today I want to share just one with you. We
own a John Deere 3010, 3020 and 4020 and other newer John Deere tractors. Most all of the older model John
Deere tractors will develop wear at the bushings and shaft where the three-point hitch arms attach under the
tractor. We had that experience a few times before we started using Battalion and Enduro.
Concerning our "4020" (The Conklin Classic) . . . we had changed those bushings one time in the
four years prior to using Conklin products in that tractor. If my memory serves me properly, we changed them
once in the 3020 and two, maybe three times in the 3010 and a shaft in the 3010, also. Since we started using
Battalion and Enduro, WE HAVE NOT HAD TO CHANGE any bushings or replace any shafts in any of these three
tractors in the past 32 years!
Protect your investment in your tractors and equipment with premium quality Conklin Lubricants and
Conditioners. These products will save you big bucks and extend the life of your equipment far beyond what is
considered normal.

I have a Ford mini van that was running pretty rough. It was running so rough that if I stopped at a light, it would die. I had to keep my foot on the gas pedal just to keep it running. I used bottle after bottle of STP. I would’ve been better off throwing my money out . . . it did as much good. I took it to a mechanic and I about flipped when he wanted to do a complete engine flush which would have cost me between $800 to $1,000. Then I heard about 4-POWER. After about 4 cans of 4-POWER about a year ago, my van runs great. Thanks to 4-POWER, I was saved several hundred dollars. I have put in one can since then.

I took a weed eater to be fixed. The shop could not fix it and told me the weed eater was history. I took it home because I had heard about 4-POWER. I poured a little into the gas tank and figured what did I have to lose? Within minutes I was cutting weeds with a weed eater the shop could not fix. The weed eater works fine since! My weed eater was fixed for less than 50¢. Conklin doesn't waste your money, it helps save money!

I have been using FUELMATE in my Toyota Rav 4 for over a year now and the difference is more than
noticeable. I average 38 miles plus per gallon on the highway. I traveled this summer from Leo, IN to
Pittsburg, PA . . . around 385 miles . . . and I used less than 3/4 of a tank. The mileage that trip was
right at 40 mpg. FUELMATE has saved me way more money than I will ever spend buying it. By the way, my Rav is
a Full-time 4X4!
P.S. Before FUELMATE, I averaged 29-30 mpg.

I bought an air compressor that was hard to start. I put in some 4-POWER a couple of times and what a difference. I add FUELMATE every time I fill up. CONKLIN products are great products!

A Lubrication Tip From Buddy Myers on Luboil®
We Conklin IBO's are always finding different ways to use these awesome lubricants. For over 30 years we
have used Luboil on Sealed Bearings! We simply squirt Luboil from one of the handy 22 oz bottles onto and
around the sealed bearing each and everyday we use a piece of equipment with sealed bearings. We have never
had a sealed bearing go bad if we could get to it with Luboil. Sealed bearing will most generally go bad
because dirt has gotten into the bearing. Keeping the bearings coated with Luboil prevents the seal from
drying out, causing the bearing to get dirt and dust into it, making it fail.
In our shop, you will find several 22 oz bottles of Luboil and Rust Bomb hanging on the wall, ready for use
when needed. What is a container of Luboil worth? I don't really know...I can tell you this, it is worth
a whole lot more than what we pay for it!
P.S. Here is a tip from a fellow IBO. DO NOT use Luboil as a cutting oil. He was drilling holes in metal and
ran out of cutting oil. He thought he'd just use some Luboil. The first thing he noticed was the bit was
not drilling as well, so he pushed a little harder on the drill. The harder he pushed the more the smoke
rolled...Luboil was protecting that metal from friction! Amazing!
Buddy Myers
I like the RUST BOMB. It really works well. I would like to see more people use it.
